In kabaddi, players (Raiders) try to touch opponents court without getting caught. They have to hold their breath and keep saying "Kabaddi, Kabaddi." It's a game that needs strength, quickness, and good lung power.

1. Kabaddi

Fast-paced and strategic, Kho-Kho involves chasing and tagging opponents who are "safe" between two teammates (called "Kho"). Teams score points by tagging opponents and avoid getting caught themselves.

2. Kho-Kho

This game requires a stick (Danda) and a small piece of wood (Gilli). Players hit the Gilli with the Danda and then run to score points before it's caught by the opposing team. A childhood favorite in many parts of India.

This ancient Indian board game is considered the precursor to modern chess. It involved strategic movement of chariots, elephants, cavalry, and foot soldiers on a checkered board.

This game like a tug-of-war from Tamil Nadu. Instead of a short rope, they use a long one. Teams pull on each end of the rope while singing songs and chanting together. It is played during harvest festivals in rural areas.
